Marvin Lee Ray, 67, of Vine Grove, KY (Meade County) passed away Thursday, June 19, 2025 at U of L Jewish Hospital, Louisville, KY.
Mr. Ray was a veteran of the United States Navy.
At home, Marvin was the master of the grill. His barbecuing, meat smoking and recipes was a cherished part of his legacy. Marvin was also known for his impeccable yard, which showcased his love for the outdoors and his meticulous nature. He was an avid fan of scratch-offs but above all, Marvin cherished his family. His role as a husband, father, and grandfather was the one he held most dear.
Marvin is survived by his wife of nearly 50 years, Patsy Ray; two children, Dustin Ray & his wife, Renee, Billie Hagen; ten grandchildren; and a host of siblings, extended family & friends.
Cremation was chosen by the family.
