Miles Edward Murdock

Miles Edward Murdock, 73, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 3, 2023, in Radcliff, Kentucky. Born on Thursday, November 10, 1949, in Haverhill, Massachusetts, he lived a life of generosity, and service, leaving behind a legacy that will be remembered.

Miles was preceded in death by his loving parents, Sherman and Helen. He is survived by his wife, Celestine, one daughter, Kate Kettler ( Andrew), his supportive brother, Jeff and his wife, Rebecca Murdock: caring sisters, Phyllis Bowman, and Joyce Cogswell: and a host of extended family & friends.

Miles' life was marked by dedication to service, both to his country and to his community. He proudly served in the United States Navy, demonstrating his commitment and patriotism. His work ethic and sense of responsibility were also evident in his professional life. After his military service, Miles continued to serve his community as a food packer for a trucking company, ensuring that goods were delivered safely and efficiently.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at 1:30 PM, Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
