Pamela Valentine Obituary

Pamela Zalette Valentine, a loving, spirited, and friendly soul, was born on Tuesday, October 12, 1954, in Kansas City, Missouri, and passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at her daughters residence in Killeen, Texas.

Pamela was a proud and devoted member of the Radcliff Church of God, where she shared her faith, love, and kindness with her fellow congregants. Her warm and welcoming spirit touched the lives of everyone she met, and she was known for her infectious laughter and ability to make friends wherever she went.

Pamela was preceded in death by her father, Harold Arnold, and her two siblings, Patricia and Albert.

She is survived by her three children, Nathaniel Holmes, Leeanna Decoteau, and Zalette Woodfork. Her loving mother, Ethel Metcalf, and her four siblings, Kandis, Rudolph, Ronneal, and Walter. Pamela's legacy will continue to live on through. She will also be deeply missed by her sixteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.

Throughout her life, Pamela was deeply committed to her family and friends. She was a caring and nurturing mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who always put the needs of her loved ones before her own. Her home was a haven for all those who knew her, filled with laughter, love, and the aromas of her delicious cooking. Her children and grandchildren will always remember the special moments they shared with her, from family gatherings to quiet evenings spent together.

Pamela's love for her friends was just as strong as her love for her family. She had a natural ability to connect with others, and her circle of friends was wide and diverse. She was always there to offer a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear, or simply a warm smile and a friendly word. Her presence brought light and joy to every room she entered, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her.

In addition to her dedication to her family and friends, Pamela was passionate about her faith. Her unwavering faith was an inspiration to all those who knew her and will continue to be a guiding light for her loved ones as they navigate life without her physical presence.
