Paul Crutcher Obituary

Paul Martin Crutcher, 77, of Rineyville, KY passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at Baptist Health Hardin, Elizabethtown, KY.

Mr. Crutcher was a member of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, Flaherty, KY. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, having served his country with honor and distinction as a member of the United States Marine Corps. Paul was also retired from the United States Postal Service and he was a farmer. His memberships include Knights of Columbus and Cattleman’s Association

He was preceded in death by parents, Charles D. & Esther Medley Crutcher; three brothers Fred Crutcher, David Crutcher and Anthony Crutcher.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Anita Crutcher; one son, Clay Crutcher & his fiancee, Katie Crossley; two grandchildren, Nolan Crutcher, Declan Crutcher; three brothers, Charles “Chuck” Crutcher, John Crutcher & his wife, Rhonda, Marion Crutcher & his wife, Mary; and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 and from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM, Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday at the funeral home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Mr. Crutcher at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, Flaherty, KY with Rev. Jeff Hopper officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Martin Cemetery.
