Philip Farrelly Obituary
Philip D. Farrelly, 70, of Radcliff, KY, died Sunday, December 1, 2019 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center, Louisville, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Philip & Annie Farrelly; and a brother, John Patrick Farrelly.
Survivors include a host of family & friends.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 5:30 PM on Monday, December 9, 2019 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.
A prayer service will be held at 5:30 PM, Monday, December 9, 2019 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.
