Philip Frazier Obituary

SGM (RET) Philip Wayne Frazier, Sr., 68, of Radcliff, KY passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown, KY.

Mr. Frazier retired in 1997 from the United States Army with twenty six years of service and he was a member of the US Cavalry & Armor Association.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur and Dolly Frazier.

Survivors include his loving & heartbroken wife of twenty five years, Susan Frazier of Radcliff, KY; three children, Philip Frazier Jr. (Elisabeth) of Texas, Michael Randlett (Kay) of Vine Grove, KY, Laura Whaley (William) of Florida; one brother, David Frazier of Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Gavin Frazier, Brayden Frazier, Jenna Whaley, Bryce Whaley, Brock Randlett; and one great grandchild, Audi; sister in law, Carol (Chuck) Freeburn and a host of family & friends.

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Sunday and from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM on Monday at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral Services for Mr. Frazier will be held at 12:00 PM, Monday, September 9, 2019 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Burial with military honors will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
