Ralph Edward Hardeman

Ralph Edward Hardeman, 75, of Rineyville, KY passed away Sunday, July 31, 2022 at his residence with his family by his side.

Mr. Hardeman was a member of Valley View Baptist Church, Vine Grove, KY. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War having retired from the United States Army. He was also retired from Civil Service, Fort Knox, KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl & Lettie Hardeman; and seven siblings, George, Floyd, John, Robert, Hazel, Mildred and Margaret.

Mr. Hardeman is survived by his loving wife, Fran Hardeman; four children, Mark Townsend & his wife, Renee, Laura Townsend, Patty Hazelip & her husband, Mike, Wayne Hardeman & his wife, Tracy; ten grandchildren, Britany Hatmaker, Chelsi Vazquez, Hannah Ermer, Nadia Ermer, Declin Ermer, Baylee Hardeman, Paxton Hardeman, Cooper Hardeman, Ella Townsend, Megan Hazelip; five great grandchildren, Lana, Corey, Jayce, Collyns, Blayke; two brothers, Earl Hardeman, Jr., Harold Hardeman; one sister, Debbie Hall; and a host of extended family, church family and friends.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Friday, August 5, 2022 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY and from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, Saturday, August 6, 2022  at Valley View Baptist Church, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. Hardeman will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Valley View Baptist Church, 501 Valley View Drive Vine Grove, KY. Burial with military honors will follow at North Hardin Memorial Gardens, Radcliff, KY.
