Theresa “Reese” Gowins, 66, of Radcliff, KY passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024 at the University of Louisville.

Mrs. Gowins loved to cook and spend time with her family & friends.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherise Gowins; her parents, Henry & Arlethia Morris; two sisters, Hilda Cherry and Mildred Harrison.  

Mrs. Gowins is survived by her husband Allan MH Gowins; three children, Jamar Gowins, Rashawn Gowins (Kamil), Terri Gowins; twelve grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 1 brother, 4 sisters, several stepchildren, and a host of extended family & friends.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM, Monday, August 19, 2024 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. 

Funeral services for Mrs. Gowins will be held at 12:00 PM, Monday, August 19, 2024 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY with Elder Jerome Sullivan officiating. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
