Renate Surratt

Renate H. Surratt, 71, of Radcliff, KY passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021 at Baptist Health Hardin.

Mrs. Surratt was a member of Main Post Chapel, Fort Knox, KY.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul & Meta Schwab; one brother, Helmut Schwab.

Survivors include her loving husband of forty-five years, Tommie Surratt; four children, Steve Schwab (Eva), Diana Mozee (Marcus), Natalie Dingeman (Robert), Jasmine Bunton (Norman); fifteen grandchildren; one brother, Hartmut Schwab; one sister, Jutta Schultz; as well as several extended family members & friends.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Surratt will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 27, 2021 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY with Chaplain Byron Simmons officiating.

The family encourages all visitors to wear masks.
