Roderick Brian Connor, 65, of New Haven, KY left this world Friday, May 9th 2025 at his home.

A proud veteran, Rod honorably served his country in the United States Air Force before retiring from the National Guard. He worked for Amazon several years but beyond his professional life, Rod was a proud Irishman and an avid horseman, a passion that allowed him to experience the great outdoors he so loved.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Peter Hugh Connor & Evelyn Connor; one daughter, Carla; and a wife, Brenda Dorris-Connor .

He is survived by his wife Katrina Connor; 5 daughters, Erin Marie McNeely of Maine, Kat Hallett of Maine, Amanda Ilsley also of Maine, Rachel Slaughter, Jessie Roberts; Katrina’s two daughters, Michele Wilmoth, Ariel Valliant; one son, Brian of Maine; Katrina's two sons, Shay Rossman, Shad Rossman; 4 sisters, Rachael Chewning (Roger), Roxane Connor (Ken), Rebecca Hoskins ( Dwayne), Renne Duvall (Terry); 2 brothers, Raphael Connor (Mary), Ruric Connor; many loved grandchildren, extended family & friends.

Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Monday, May 19, 2025 at Chism Family Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mr. Connor will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, May 19, 2025 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home. A committal with military honors will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
