Rosie Simmons

Rosemarie “Rosie” Simmons, 78, of Vine Grove, KY passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022 with her family by her side.

Mrs. Simmons worked at Otter Creek Tavern for over thirty years.

She was preceded in death by a son, Ralf Simmons.

Survivors include: Three children, Thomas Simmons (Stacy), Michaela Simmons (Thomas Kurtz), Helen Basham (Michael); eight grandchildren, Allison, Brooke, Kyle, Ryan, Logan, Renee, Isaiah, Kierrah; four great grandchildren, Ava, Paisley, Baylor, Trey and a host of friends and extended family in Germany.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday, April 21, 2022 and from 1:30 PM until 2:30 PM, Friday, April 22, 2022 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for Mrs. Simmons will be held at 2:30 PM, Friday, April 22, 2022 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Burial will follow at North Hardin Memorial Gardens, Radcliff, KY.
