Ross Alexander Farrow Obituary

Ross Alexander Farrow Obituary

Farrow, Ross Alexander, 40, passed away in Radcliff Kentucky on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. He was born on January 17, 1984 in Emporia, Kansas to Janet and Charles Farrow Jr.

Ross grew up in Louisville Kentucky and was a graduate of Trinity High School. He was a proud member of the Trinity Rocks, affectionately nicknamed “Rudy” by his fellow teammates, although short in stature, his tenacity made him a force to be reckoned with on the field. Upon graduation he relocated to Radcliff Kentucky.

Ross was employed at New Flyer in Shepherdsville Ky where he found his career to be both challenging and rewarding. He enjoyed being with his coworkers and established many friendships considering most to be extended family. In speaking with his manager I learned that Ross was a trusted and highly valued employee. Always displaying a positive and friendly attitude, he was very proficient in his duties and maintained an exceptional work ethic. He will be greatly missed by his coworkers and the management staff.

Ross enjoyed running/hiking where he found immense tranquility in outdoor activities. He was an amateur geologist. He loved scavenging on his many excursions for elusive treasures that we all called “rocks”. He loved books and was an avid reader. Well versed on a wide variety of topics everyone knew better than to challenge Ross in Jeopardy or Scrabble, except for his uncle Gary who is a real Jewell.

Although he loved many things his truest love came into his life four years ago when he met Sara Davis his fiancée.

Ross was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Alpha Evans and Raymond Fautz, paternal grandparents, Dorothy and Charles Farrow Sr., and maternal aunt Beverly Kidd. He leaves behind a loving family: his parents, Janet and William Stanley Sr., Charles Farrow Jr., his sisters Leslie Keiper (Justin), Taylor Farrow, Dana Salciccioli (Lou), his brothers, Chase Farrow (Serena), Wyatt Farrow, William Stanley Jr., his beloved fiancée Sara Davis, his nephews, Michael, Braylon, Lucas, Gage, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.
