SGT Sherrod P. Hadley

SGT Sherrod P. Hadley, 30, formerly of Vine Grove, KY passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021, at his residence in El Paso, TX.  

SGT Hadley was currently stationed at Fort Bliss, El Paso, TX and had served one tour in Afghanistan.

Survivors include:
His mother, Afsaneh Mazhari of Japan; his father, Marshall “Ray” Hadley of Vine Grove, KY; two brothers, Shahruze M. Hadley of Radcliff, KY, Shawn R. Hadley of Radcliff, KY; one stepbrother, Del-Barrio C. Hadley of North Carolina; two aunts, Farzaneh Mazhari of Florida, Cherry Hadley of North Carolina; two uncles, Michael Hadley of North Carolina, Woody Hadley of North Carolina; and a host of extended family & friends.   

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Wednesday, September 1, 2021 and from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for SGT Hadley will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 2, 2021 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Burial will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY with full military honors.
