Shawn Christopher Smith, 42, of Radcliff, KY passed away Monday, April 21, 2025 at Baptist Health Hardin, Elizabethtown, KY.
Shawn was an avid gamer who enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John & Deborah Smith.
He is survived by his girlfriend, Elizabeth “Beth” Davis; aunts & uncles, Dennis Diamond, Jayne Perkins, Jerry & Konnie Smith; several cousins, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM, Sunday, May 4, 2025 at Chism Family Funeral Home.
