Theresa H. Fashbaugh, 61, of Radcliff, KY passed away, Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at the Signature of North Hardin, Radcliff, KY.
Theresa found great pleasure in the art of crocheting, a skill she honed over many years. Her interests were as vibrant as her personality. Theresa had an unmatched collection of memorabilia related to Elvis, Coca-Cola, elephants and she loved anything with the color purple.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Fashbaugh; two mothers, Helen Vogel, Judy Vogel; and a sister, Lorena Wells.
Mrs. Fashbaugh is survived by her father, Jerome Vogel; three siblings, Juanita Decker (Mark), Russell Gazelle (Julie), Dale Gazelle (Heidi); four stepsiblings, Denise Darnell, Dean Darnell, Dwayne Darnell, David Darnell; four daughters, Megan Haire (Michael), Samantha Davis (Russell), Melissa Welch (Kenneth), Sara Decker (Kristopher); ten grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM, Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Chism Family Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM, Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
