Tina Clark, 50, of Vine Grove, KY passed away Sunday, July 18, 2021 at Baptist Health Hardin, Elizabethtown, KY.

Survivors include:
Three children, Justin Leasor (Jessie), Christina Clark, Becca Finch; seven grandchildren, Aubrey Grant, Harmony Leasor, Matthew Finch, JP Leasor, JD Finch, Jensen Leasor, Sam Finch; her mother, Darlene Chenault (Paul); one sister, Jeannie Williamson; one brother, Danny Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.

Visitation will be from at 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM, Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.
