Tony Larry Swack, 47, of Radcliff, KY passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2019 unexpectedly in Brandenburg, KY.

Visitation will begin at 4:00 PM, Friday at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

A Celebration of Life service for Mr. Swack will be held at 6:00 PM, Friday, September 20, 2019 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.
