Patricia Lynn Burgess, 65, of Radcliff, KY passed away Friday, December 8, 2017 at Sunrise Manor, Hodgenville, KY.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Rebecca Burgess; her parents, Ernest & Orvetta O’Nan; one sister, Kathy O’Nan; three brothers, John O’Nan, Gerald O’Nan, and Mike O’Nan.

Survivors include:
Her husband, Darvin Burgess; two sons, Blaine Burgess, Dylan Burgess & his wife, Dawn; three grandchildren, Reagan, Embry, Cooper; one brother, Glen O’Nan; and a host of family & friends.

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 1:30 PM Monday at Coffey & Chism Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Burgess will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, December 18, 2017 at the Main Post Chapel, Fort Knox, KY. Burial will follow in the St. Patrick Cemetery, Fort Knox, KY.
