SSG Wilfredo Hernandez, 34, of Fort Knox, KY passed away Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown, KY.

He is survived by his loving wife, Maudelene Hernandez; four children, Daniel Hernandez, Giselle Hernandez, Nina Hernandez, Angelina Hernandez; his mother, Nancy Serrano & her husband, Ray; his grandmother, Carmen Hernandez; five siblings, Zaida Alvarez, Emil Hernandez, Kristen Dunbar, Nancy Dunbar, Kate Dunbar; and a host of family & friends.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Coffey & Chism Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Burial will be at a later date in Puerto Rico.
