From the moment I called to come in to make arrangements for my daughter, I have felt a deep sense of compassion from the entire staff/family. From extending deadlines to "I can take care of that" to responding to my questions via text, I know my daughter was (is) an utmost priority. The day of her funeral, James was so accommodating. I knew there was supposed to be a timeline, but we never felt it. I truly recommend this family because they are not only professionals, but are caring. This website has a place you can go for grief help.

Jim and the entire staff of Coffee & Chism were beyond professional in their conduct, beyond caring in their heartfelt sympathy for my family and went above and beyond to meet our needs during this trying time. having to navigate 7 brothers was no easy task with constant direction changes but Jim pulled it off. I was expecting a business but was greeted by family. Cannot say enough about their contribution to ease our pain and assist has we said goodbye to our daddy. James was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of my mother's visitation and funeral. I can't count how many times he said "I'll take care of it" and he did it with compassion and professionalism. I truly appreciate everything that was done for me and my family.
