Vie Leatha Dixon, 79, of Radcliff, KY passed away Sunday, October 22, 2017 at the Kensington Center, Elizabethtown, KY.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Three sons, Robin Levins of Houston, TX, Herbert Clay Levins of Jacksonville, FL, John Edward Levins of Raleigh, NC; one daughter, Tracy Jonell Brown of Vine Grove, KY; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; one sister, Deloris Causey of Lancaster, KY; two brothers, Dale Rector of Elizabethtown, KY, Tracy Rector of Lillington, NC.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Friday at the Coffey & Chism Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for Mrs. Dixon will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, October 27, 2017 at the chapel of Coffey & Chism Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Burial will follow in the Otter Creek Cemetery.
